This is a direct from dev/pub giveaway for FGF. Similar to those we've done before. Huge thanks to Wales Interactive doing this again, but with their full launch of Sker Ritual!

Last year was FGF's first introduction to Wales Interactive with a promotion for their FMV game; "The Isle Tide Hotel". Some time has passed since, and a new opportunity has showed! Releasing in early access back in 2022, Sker Ritual is a co-op/solo round-based zombie survival game that has seen years of refinement. The day has finally come though, as it fully released April 18th!

An intense, round-based, zombie horror shooter by indie developers at Wales Interactive. EDIT One slight note to include is that Vridend's piece technically isn't supposed to include the logo from the game in there. Thankfully that doesn't take away from the point of the piece and wouldn't change the result, but it is being officially adjusted to cover that.

Wasn't sure if I should use FGF Update or [PSA] for this one, so I just did the norm. I think that's still more appropriate.

The art contest event powered by Reddit's "Community Funds" program, where Reddit supplied me thousands of dollars to purchase some great games to give out, is ending this week! To be accurate, the event closes April 19th at 12:00PM CST, so if you were on the fence or working on something, be sure to submit before then. Even if you aren't what you might call an "artist", you should still try your luck assuming you are in the USA, UK, or Canada (excluding Quebec). Don't forget that quality isn't the guaranteed deciding factor in what we might think is "good".

Be it a drawing, photoshop, painting, pixel art, cosplay, whatever! Would love to see it and wish you the best of luck!
